PAYMENT: to confirm the reservation, advance payment of the cost of the stay is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellation the whole paid amount will be retained.
DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 200 is requested. The amount will be retained by the credit card and returned 2 days after departure. In the event of any damage to the apartment, the necessary amount will be retained.
